I started this business as a passion project, to try and get everyone to experience what coffee is meant to taste like. Like most people I used to think coffee in general was very bitter and needed a lot of sugar and milk to make it drinkable.
One day I was introduced to coffee from Colombia of family friend who happend to be a coffee farmer. It was then that I realized that coffee is an entire experience on its own. That coffee doesnt need a ton of sugar and milk, when it is good coffee. That coffee has a lot of complex flavors, and each bean has its own story.
So we built something small to help bring these great beans to everyone, and show them everything coffee has to offer.
Three reliable recipes. Adjust grind one notch finer if it's tasting weak; coarser if it's bitter. We highly recommend using a simple scale to measure everything for consistency.
